Synopsis

A dos semanas de moderar el debate presidencial para CNN, la periodista Raquel Llorente es enviada a cubrir un suceso menor en Cárcamo, una comunidad remota del norte de Pensilvania donde juró no volver. Pero al llegar descubre que allí no pasa “nada”… hasta que empieza a pasar lo imposible.

Synopsis

Zoe (16), an introverted and rebellious teenager, signs up for a subscription to Mrs. Insta, a controversial fake-follower company with her stepfather’s credit card. She does it to stand out in front of the juries for a scholarship at a famous music conservatory that would eventually take her away from home. She has no idea that these followers are inmates of a high-security prison, that she will end up collaborating in unraveling a corrupt prison system, that the prisoners will end up fugitives in her home and that one of them will become the close friend she longed to find since her father’s death. Despite not being accepted into the music conservatory for her less than transparent maneuver brought to light by the ruthless Mrs. Insta, a video of her playing the violin for her new controversial friends will end up being all the rage on social media and real followers will begin to arrive on her Instagram account.
